Essential Fire Services provides Monthly, Quarterly, 6 Monthly, Annual, 5-Yearly and 25-Yearly Inspection and Testing in strict accordance with AS1851-2012 to ensure products, services and systems are safe, reliable and consistently perform the way they were intended to.
Simplified Inspection Reports.
Essential Fire Services believes in simple, easy to understand reporting. Better service reports are generated after each test for quick dispatch to our clients. We have designed our Inspection & Testing Reports to quickly identify and highlight issues so everybody is aware of issues compromising the safety and integrity of the fire service asset.
Our reports are simpler, with only important information given. This data allows the report to be more easily understood and verified. All Reports can be delivered in PDF, and Spreadsheet formats on request.
Digital Asset Management System
Essential Fire Services utilises a digital asset management system, in conjunction with its service management system. The two system integrate seamlessly, allowing all our staff to access all the important information.
This includes highly detailed information regarding the asset and a historical log of that assets testing history, including images of failures. This can all be access from within our client portal, for our clients to view at any time.
Essential Fire uses a QR coding system to keep track of every unique asset at every site we maintain. It serves as the basis of our testing requirements at each site, is geographically coded and the information flows into our reports and quotes. These QR codes are able to be scanned by anybody, to instantly see the testing history and report a problem with the asset.
